Return policy:
At cuestore.net, our return policy is plain and simple. If you are not satisfied with a product, simply return it and we will give you your money back.

Conditions of Return:
1. Contact our service department for a return authorization number.
(this enables us to track the package and assure proper credit.)
2. Return shipping must be paid by the customer.
3. All returned items must be returned in original package and unused.
4. Cue tips must not have been chalked or groomed.
5. Unwanted Items must be returned within 7 days of original purchase.
About Manufacturer's Warranties:
Any item returned due to manufacturers warranty will be returned to the manufacturer for their evaluation. And the Manufacturer will decide if the item is covered by their particular warranty program. The manufacturer has the right to refuse claims if they feel the item was damaged due to accident, misuse or neglect by the customer. However, we will be happy to handle the process for you as we have direct contact with them. And can expedite things for you.

Shipping:
All domestic orders of $100.00 will not be charged shipping fees. Any International orders will be charged a separate shipping fee depending on location and weight of order. International orders will also be delayed due to credit card verification and approval procedures. |
